Purchase of Materials

Do you want to sell old building materials such as old bricks and tiles? You can come to us for the sale of your old masonry bricks and other materials!

In our search for authentic materials, we are primarily interested in building materials such as bricks, tiles, and roof tiles. We also find other items like fences beautiful and interesting, but this is not where our focus lies.

What materials are we looking for?

Whether you are a private individual with bricks from your backyard or a business such as a demolition or contracting company with larger quantities of materials, we are interested in what you have to offer.

We are looking for, among other things:

• Antique (Frisian) tiles; Antique old tiles come in various types and sizes, we buy all forms of old-fashioned and used Frisian tiles, both the farmer’s tiles and masonry bricks.
• Antique IJssel stones / IJssels; We buy and sell both old machine-made and antique hand-formed IJssel stones in all possible colors.
• Other old facade stones; We also buy all other types of antique masonry bricks and old bricks such as old red facade stones, mold bricks, brown bricks, 1930s bricks, and any other types you can think of.
• Old paving materials; Among other things, old baked cobblestones, Frisian tiles, and IJssel klinkers are part of our stock, we always buy these materials!
• Old rustic floors; Think of beautiful estrikken or estriken, old Dutch tiles in all colors, both glazed and unglazed red/gray smoldered, but also church slabs and other special old floors.
• Old roof tiles; Regarding roof tiles, we are only interested in the old hollow variant, both red and gray smoldered.

We offer fair prices for the materials offered. Various factors are taken into account, such as:

• The condition of the material
• The dimensions
• The amount of work required to make these materials ready for resale
• Any associated demolition and/or transport costs we incur

We always maintain fair prices and act quickly; we always strive to achieve the best price and handling for both parties.
