These antique grey-blue reduction-fired floor tiles are among the most distinctive old Dutch floor tiles. Reduction firing created a natural mix of grey, blue-grey and deeper dark shades. No two tiles are exactly alike, so a laid floor looks calm while retaining plenty of depth and variation.

They measure approximately 21 to 22 cm, and as is usual with old handmade floor tiles, the thickness can vary slightly. The tiles have been cleaned of old mortar and are ready for reuse. The large available quantity makes this batch suitable for complete residential floors as well as larger restoration and new-build projects.
