This hugely popular and extremely rare antique handmade brick is often used for building characterful fireplaces, interior walls, kitchens, small outbuildings or, of course, exterior walls.

Each brick measures approximately 18 x 5 cm.

Among antique bricks, grey is a rare colour, because it only arose when the oxygen supply was cut off at the last moment during firing, so that the material was 'smothered', or reduction-fired. Because this was not common practice and because grey was a less popular colour in the past, far less material was made in this colour.

We have cleaned all the bricks for you and prepared them for reuse; if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
