Glazed floor tiles in Wervershoof

For this atmospheric project in Wervershoof, where we also supplied reclaimed Frisian yellow bricks and more antique floor tiles, we provided a beautiful batch of antique glazed floor tiles for a covered outdoor terrace. Together with antique Frisian yellow bricks, they create a characterful outdoor space in which authentic materials and craftsmanship come together perfectly.

The glazed floor tiles are distinguished by their warm colour variations, artisanal finish and unique glaze. Natural wear and subtle colour differences give every tile its own character, creating a lively floor that modern floor tiles can scarcely replicate. This authentic appearance makes old glazed floor tiles especially popular for verandas, covered terraces, country homes and restoration projects.

The warm tiled floor and paving made from antique Frisian yellow bricks form a harmonious whole that complements the home’s rural architecture. Reclaimed building materials were also a sustainable choice, giving high-quality historic materials a second life without losing their authentic appearance.

We are proud to have supplied the antique glazed floor tiles for this beautiful project in Wervershoof. The finished result shows how authentic floor tiles and historic paving create a timeless outdoor space with atmosphere and character that will last for generations.
