Wall tiles at Café De Amer

For the restoration of cultural venue Café De Amer in Amen, we supplied a special batch of antique wall tiles. Alongside the authentic tiled floor, historic materials were deliberately chosen for the walls, fully preserving the café’s character. Reclaimed wall and floor tiles create an atmospheric interior that perfectly suits this special venue’s rich history.

Antique wall tiles are distinguished by their artisanal production, subtle crackle, characteristic glaze and natural colour variations. Every tile has its own appearance, creating a wall with depth and character. These authentic qualities make reclaimed wall tiles ideal for cafés, country kitchens, cloakrooms, entrance halls and restoration projects centred on atmosphere and originality.

The wall tiles complement the other historic materials used during the restoration. Careful selection created a harmonious whole in which authentic details and craftsmanship meet. The result respects the building’s history and is ready for many more years of use.

We are proud to have supplied the antique wall tiles for this special project at Café De Amer. The finished result shows how historic wall tiles contribute to a warm, characterful interior where authenticity and sustainability go hand in hand.
